Utilizing archival materials and interviews with Governor Winter, Elise Winter, Thad Cochran, Myrlie Evers-Williams, Dick Molpus, Ray Mabus, Charles Overby, Pres. Bill Clinton, and others, the film examines the life and career of one of Mississippi’s most progressive governors.
