Andy Harper is the Director of the Southern Documentary Project and an Associate Professor of Practice at the University of Mississippi. Since its establishment in 2004, SouthDocs has produced dozens of short films and feature-length documentaries. Andy holds a PhD in History from Northern Arizona University and teaches documentary and environmental studies classes for the Center for the Study of Southern Culture.
